By booking any products or any services within this website you are deemed to have agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and are bound by them:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statements and Disclaimer Notices and any or all agreements between "Client/Customer" and "Your" Refers to you. The person accessing this website and accepting the companies Terms and Conditions. "company", Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to International Soccer Showcase Ltd and all subsidiary Companies and or Sub-Domain Title names under the control of the Parent Company. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with the subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore referring the same. Privacy Statement we are committed to protecting your privacy, Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and /or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible. Confidentiality we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than {our manufacturer/supplier{s} and} if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our service. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client's with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will not be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products Disclaimer Exclusions and Limitations. The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we uphold the right to make changes and amendments to any Term & Condition, product or prices at any time. No promises or guarantees are made at anytime during or after your development that you will be scouted or offered any kind of contract by a Football Club. Please note: That Academy courses MUST be completed before you are eligible for trials or further development and/or opportunities, any contracts and/or first team opportunities may not happen during your initial Academy course.

1. Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature;
and
2. Excludes all liability for damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the​ normal cause of things or you have advised this company of the possibility of such potential loss) damage caused to your computer, software, systems programs and the data store within them or any other direct or indirect damage. This company does not however exclude death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
 

Trials - Showcase Matches & Club Trial Placements

All Trials fees are non-refundable except in circumstances and/or changes caused by International Soccer Showcase.

Players attending International Soccer Showcase, regardless of length, geographical location or circumstances shall be assessed consistently during their International Soccer Showcase attendance. It is dependent on the player’s attitude, self-discipline and ability if they are selected for a club placement trial. However, dependant on the players ability and standard. We regret that players who do not meet the required standard will not be introduced to Club Trials.

 

Please note: Players shall not be entitled to any trials or any International Soccer Showcase benefits due to any or all of the following:

Indiscipline (including failure to complete International Soccer Showcase tasks of any nature, persistent lateness or poor social attitude, drug use, alcohol, physical or verbal abuse of any nature, any inappropriate behaviour)

If you do not meet the required attitude and discipline requirements

If you are well below the required standard of ability

Inappropriate behaviour directly or indirectly causing distress or any negative feelings towards, players, staff, general public.

Players will be subject to dismissal with loss of any funds paid and no refund will be paid.

Payments

International Soccer Showcase shall not be liable for any delays or complications caused by non, late or incomplete Visa application procedures. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies unpaid via National or international Collection Agencies, in such circumstances you will be reliable to any additional costs and fees. Returned cheques shall incur a £35.00 GBP charge to cover banking fees and admin costs. In the instant of ongoing failure to pay outstanding monies on the due dates we reserve the right to terminate all agreements and cancel any bookings made, at this stage all monies paid to date shall be lost and are non-refundable.

Note this is a UK retail site. Non UK cardholders transacting on this site may be subject to a cross border fee applied by their card issuer.

 

Payment Terms

International Soccer Showcase Trials and Academy courses (can be booked and reserved with the appropriate full listed payment).

​

Payment will book and secure you place for your International Soccer Showcase Trial.

Players requiring the relevant travel Visa to travel must allow a period of 6 to 14 weeks prior to the start of the trial to allow the appropriate VISA application time from the receipt of your payment. International Soccer Showcase are not liable for any Visa refusals or any other delayed or cancellation of travelling plans.

 

We regret that no trials will be reserved or placed on hold until payment has been made and to release appropriate Invitations and full booking confirmations (If applicable).

Cancellation Policy
International Soccer Showcase shall RETAIN the following fees for the ALL bookings if cancelled by the customer when:

Cooling Off Period: Any Bookings cancelled (In writing) within 7 days of any payment amount which is received by International Soccer Showcase effectively completing and confirming any bookings shall be refunded of 95% fees paid.

Cancellations made after the 7 days 'Cooling Off' period will be subject the cancellation policy set out below:

 

No Refunds Paid if: Any Bookings cancelled after the first 7 days (Cooling Off Period)

 

All Membership Payments are Non-refundable.

Early termination of membership will be Non-refundable.

​

Bookings cancelled up to 2 weeks before the camps start: International Soccer Showcase Shall retain 75% of fees paid to date

Bookings cancelled within 1 weeks before start date:  No refunds will be paid

Bookings cancelled for non-payments of any fees and / or  default on agreed instalment plans shall be cancelled automatically and 100% of all fees paid retained by International Soccer Showcase Ltd

If any changes are made directly by ISSC Ltd, you will be given an opportunity to apply for a refund, as per our instructions and procedures. This window will close 7 days prior to the event starting and we regret that any refund requests after this period and up to the start of the trials will unfortunately, not be granted. Please Note: All refunds will be processed from our UK office and could take up to 28 days to reach the payee.

We recognise that players would have previously paid for a stand alone trials event, in these circumstances, you will be given a free 12 month membership which will be deducted from the original price that you paid. If there is any difference in the fees, we will refund you after the day of your first trials attendance. 

 

Third party commission and agent fees

On occasion, it will be agreed to pay necessary commission fees to outsourced agents on behalf of players. Although individual agreements will be made, these terms and conditions will be included in any commission agreement made and are legally binding within the registration terms for that player. It is understood that payments will only be made as per our payment terms and procedures for registration, defaulted, late or non payments of any or all registration costs shall automatically void all prior commission agreements, regardless of any written or verbal undertaking.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Ourselves have the right to terminate any service or agreement for any reason involving: Bad behaviour, disrepute, alcohol, drugs or any other inappropriate behaviour, in these instances the person will be removed immediately from the company or associated premises and no refunds shall be offered. Where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services shall NOT be refunded or Customers who leave any Academy event by their own means (Unless by prior agreement) will not be entitled to any refunds under any circumstances.

 

VISAS / Travel Documents

International Soccer Showcase Ltd have no liability whatsoever for the refusal of VISA Travel Documents. We strongly advise that before booking any International Soccer Showcase packages you check if you qualify for the appropriate VISA of travel and that you fit the application criteria as refunds are not given in any circumstances. Refunds of Travel Visa fees & Applications and associated costs are not covered or refunded by this company. VISA application refusals are not the liability of International Soccer Showcase and refunds are NOT given due to lack of identity, criminal or civil records or any lack of supporting evidence and/or incorrect and incomplete VISA information associated with your application.

Refunds which are offered shall be paid only to the person detailed on the registration form and ONLY at the address detailed within that form, refunds are paid by company cheque and sent by registered post. Refunds will NOT be paid to third parties or by cash including bank transfers or paid via any staff member or any associates.

All players attending the International Soccer Showcase are under the charge and responsibility of this company and its Terms & Conditions.

 

Players arriving on issued Visa 's and/or any issued supporting paperwork to confirm the players attendance and package booking are bound by the regulations and immigration laws associated with the destination and country of attendance travel clearances. The attendance start date detailed on your confirmation must be your arrival date into the designated country and inline with your agreed collection from your arrival point. Early arrivals and traveling and/or residing in alternative destinations other than what is permitted in accordance with your visa and/or travel allowance and permission without notifying the appropriate offices and which are not prior agreed in writing will not be permitted and maybe viewed as a 'breach of Visa issue guidelines' and you maybe subject to removal from course and your visa therefore being revoked.

International Soccer Showcase Start Dates

All players booked onto trials are required to arrive at the same time and Residential Camp start dates must be kept to at all times.

You are solely responsible to ensure that you arrive to start your camp on time without delays.

​

Players intending or who miss the scheduled date to arrive after this period will not be accepted into the camp at that time.

​

If you think you are likely to be late in attending and starting your camp it is essential that you contact us prior to you boarding any flight or transport and seek confirmation of your start date or any applied changes.

​

Your flight or arrival details are to be forwarded via email to our office no later than 7 days prior to the start of your course in order for us to arrange your Airport transfer and your arrival. 

Please Note:

If we do not receive any arrival or travel details 7 days prior to your arrival it shall be deemed a 'non attendance' and you will miss the original start date and you will therefor be automatically placed onto the next available intake date. Please note that this will be a minimum of 4 weeks later.​

Availability
The services featured on this website are only available in the countries detailed. Academy courses longer than 4 weeks typically may take place in both the UK and Spain and, upon registration of any player which may be deemed as a confirmed booking it is agreed that courses will take place in either the UK or Spain in any chronological order and which will be deemed appropriate for his Football development, security and safety.

 

All advertising is intended for the international Market. You are solely responsible for your fitness leading up to any service booked. Players entering or taking part in any service with an existing injury which causes them to leave the service once underway and before conclusion shall receive no refunds of monies paid. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other or other similar or any other means, without the express permission by International Soccer Showcase Ltd. This company does not warrant that the service from this site shall be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best of its ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.

 

Security, Safety, Property & Possessions

We will provide your accommodation with skill and care. We do not accept responsibility if any death, personal injury, failure or deficiency of your accommodation arrangements that is not caused by any fault of ours, meaning failure by ourselves to use reasonable skill and care in performing or providing the service in question.

Please note it is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make a claim.

We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: - (a) the fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or (b) the fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your accommodation by us which we could not have predicted or avoided or (c) an event or circumstance which could not have been predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care.

 

Player References:

Upon attending International Soccer Showcase camps you give us the right to undertake any back ground, security and or references from previous clubs, management and coaches you may have previously worked with or have been contracted to.

 

We shall not be held liable or responsible, either financially or otherwise to any personal loss/theft of property, equipment. Any personal belongings left in any accommodation and International Soccer Showcase property or affiliates are the sole responsibility of the player and adequate arrangements should be made by them to ensure its security and safety.

In addition
we will not be held responsible where you do not enjoy your stay or suffer any problems because of a reason you did not tell us about when you booked your stay; or where any problems you suffer did not result from any breach of our contract or other fault of ourselves, or any losses, expenses, costs or other sum you have suffered do not directly relate to our contract.

 

Furthermore, all breakages and any damage to our property or that of any affiliates or service providers beyond normal wear and tear must be paid for as billed by the management. We will not be held responsible for the loss or theft of any personal effects.

As always, we urge all travellers to take out travel insurance.to cover such eventualities.

Injuries and Medical

Players who attend a training camp will be covered for Football related Injuries under our Academy Insurance. Typically players will be treated from injury as a result from 

Academy scheduled training and NOT including personal or fee time activities

Attending Club trials and training

All organised matches representing International Soccer Showcase and attended Club trial matches

Physiotherapy treatment will be available for players as part of their recovery

 

Please Note

Long term injuries resulting in a substantial period absent from training may result in the temporary 'stop' on your course, this will enable you to return home to continue your recovery.

Medical and or doctors treatment will only be available whilst any incidents occur at International Soccer Showcase or associated premises. You will be expected to produce a valid travel insurance policy, failure to do so will result in you being liable to pay any medical expenses.

International Soccer Showcase insurance will not cover any incidents occurred outside of our organised events or associated premises or during free time

Any Injury and or sickness occurred during a non-football event at any stage during your attendance whether it be social, team building or leisure, will not be covered for any treatment by the International Soccer Showcase, you will be expected to rely on your individual Travel Insurance Policy.

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for system administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, disease including any UK or International Health Pandemic or any other natural or man made eventuality including severe weather outside of our control, which causes the termination/postponement of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein. All reasonable efforts by the service supplier must be allowed to rectify any interruption which must include a reasonable solution to offer either a credit or voucher to conclude the course at a later date whilst being safely able to do so. No refunds will be offered or given for course cancellations made by the customer if it is ultimately deemed that any course can still take place in accordance with original and forecasted schedules.

Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement.
No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is  expressly stated to be such and signed by both parties.

General
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website {and using our services/buying our products] you
consent to these terms and conditions and are therefore bound by them and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. International Soccer Showcase Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of any products within will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these Terms. If there any changes to our Privacy Policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on any other key pages within the site. If there any changes in how we use this site customers personal information, notification by e mail  will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on our home page 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore asked to re-read this statement on a regular basis. These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between the customer and International Soccer Showcase. Your accessing of this website and / or undertaking of a booking of any nature and agreement indicates your understanding & accepting of these terms in full. 

Complaints & Customer Feedback
We take customer feedback and complaints very seriously and strive to resolve them as quickly as possible, If you would like to leave feedback or make a complaint you can do so by e mailing us. It is our absolute right that any complaints made against us or any member of staff, the customer MUST allow International Soccer Showcase Ltd the opportunity to remedy and fix any complaints about our service and or products, if no complaint is received in writing and fully detailed we will not offer any procedure to correct it.
